Wow! My buddy Dave wrote and said I was about to hit 100,000 hits. I just can’t believe the people that have found this site useful.
I am humbled and honored that you folks have found this site to be useful and your results have been just like mine, GREAT! I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
In honor of this milestone I decided to do something really special. I am shooting a video for a 25-28 pound beef arm roast. It’s kinda like beef clod PLUS!
This will be the biggest thing I have ever done and the chargriller is bending from the weight.
Stay tuned…………………….
Hey BigIron
We must be on the same wave length this weekend. I too am going to do a beef roast, but on a much smaller scale. I am wanting to do a roast that weighs around the 4 pound range. I have done beef roasts before but never had very good results, they have been kinda dry and tough. If you was going to do one in this range what type of roast do you suggest.
I watched your beef clod video Wednesday because I wanted to use the same type of rub, now I just have to figure out the right cut of beef.
Now as for me and the other 99, 870 visitors that have used your site religiously, we appreciate all the work that you and Lil’Iron put in it. (and I am sure running a site like this is not the easiest thing to do) I have to tell you BigIron I think of this site as “MY” Barbeque Bible! This site has helped me go from a typical weekend griller of hamburgers and hot dogs (without a whole lot of thought into it) to a full fledged bbq smoker. Now I plan everything I do on the grills, and the foods always taste better now and I have you to thank for it. Watching your videos and getting advice from you is where I give the credit.
Again thanks for all you have done for me.

When I finished my last post I got to thinking about how much you put into this site also. This would not been possible without you, you are the one behind the scene, the one on the camcorder and I have never thanked you for doing your part for this website. We all see BigIron in the videos and pictures and we forget how much work you put into it. He could have never run this site without you, and you are a very very big part of the 100K hit.
It seems fitting for both of you to get your 100K hit on the Labor Day weekend, working class people for the working class holiday. Is it Karma???
We all thank you for your part and keep up the good work.
Dave, Lola, and Abby
I’ve found this site to be extremely useful and have watched all the vidoes (some of them several times). Congrats on the 100K, and you sure have me excited in anticipation of the 28lber!
