Williamsburg Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packages of crescent rolls
2- 8oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c. sugar, divided
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsps. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray.
Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls to form a bottom crust. Pinch together the perforated lines.
Mix together cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy. Spread filling on top of crescent rolls.
Roll out the second package of crescent rolls and put on top of cream cheese mixture to form top crust. Pinch together the perforated lines.
Mix 2 tsps. of cinnamon with ½ c. sugar. Sprinkle the whole thing on the top layer.
Bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees.
