		<description>I do so love ribs, but everytime I make em i feel cheated.  I can buy a hella big pork butt for the price of 2 slabs.

Which I did and am going to throw on my weber here in about an hour.

But it will have mustard slavered all over it and sum head country seasoning.  

Gonna make the best potato salad ever w/ it.  Chipoltes w/ odobo make the best potato salad the mayo and cuts the bite outa it but you still get the flavor.  If you make it I suggest 3 chipoltes and a tablesspoon of odobo.</description>
