Well here ya go.  I decided to do my first video presentation giving you step by step directions to the best pastrami for your sandwiches.

I really do like the results of this process.  The next day’s Reubens were absolutely fantastic.  I cannot say enough about how good this can turn out.

SIDE NOTE:  If the flavor is a little too “hot” for the more sensitive palate, scrape the excess rub off before slicing.
